Founder-led ยท Private Preview

Build policy infrastructure for databases.

Nexo is building a MongoDB-aware enforcement layer for connection management, security policy, observability, and traffic control. There are no open roles today. This page shows the areas expected to matter as the founding team grows.

Current stage: MongoDB is in licensed Private Preview. Other protocol families are planned, not currently available.

A candidate-first baseline

No invented culture. No placeholder openings.

Public roles will appear only after Nexo can state the employer, eligible hiring locations, compensation range, employment terms, interview steps, and official application channel clearly.

Evidence over hype

Product maturity, responsibilities, and constraints will be stated directly.

Real ownership

Founding roles will own complete product surfaces, not narrow ticket queues.

Respect for candidates

Published roles will include the facts needed to decide whether to apply.
